Our Story

Founded in 1948, Dell’s Cherries has been a family run business for four generations. Today, the company is proudly women owned and operated by Dana Bentz and Dominique Mondella Bidetti, carrying forward a rich legacy with a fresh perspective.

From our home in Brooklyn New York’s historic Red Hook district, Dell’s Cherries has grown into a trusted supplier for foodservice and industrial customers nationwide. Our portfolio includes both Maraschino Cherries, a staple behind bars and in bakeries and premium Amarena Cherries, a top-quality choice for chefs and mixologists.
